These Terms govern your use of the DIARA by Deepthi website ("Site") and any purchases you make from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to place an order.
2. Account & passwords
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Product listings
We take reasonable care with product descriptions, imagery, and pricing but do not warrant that all information is error-free. Colours may vary slightly across devices. If a listed price is incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders & payment
Orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. Payment must be received before we dispatch the order (except for Cash on Delivery orders). We currently deliver within India.

6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product photography, wordmarks — is owned by DIARA or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
7. User content
When you submit reviews or photos, you grant DIARA a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services. You warrant that you own or have rights to any content you submit.
8. Prohibited use
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Post defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.
- Circumvent security or rate-limit controls.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIARA's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
